I’m Amanda White, an SEO Consultant living and working in Cornwall with over ten years of experience and knowledge.

I started my career in SEO in 2010, working at one of Cornwalls largest SEO agencies. I specialised in link building and was so fortunate to work on brands like Argos, The Range, Homebase, Laura Ashley, Kaleidoscope and Post Office.

Starting my career with some great Ecommerce brands gave me huge insight into technical SEO, the problems that arise from Ecommerce SEO, how to fix them and great B2C experience.

After several years in my first agency role, I was promoted to SEO Executive. I then moved to another agency also based in Cornwall. There I gained experience in more B2B SEO. I worked for more large sites, working on lead generating campaigns and focussed more on content and technical SEO. At this agency I was working on fantastic brands like Marler Haley, Pitney Bowes and Help for Heroes.

By this time I had been working in SEO for nearly 5 years and had the pleasure of working with some amazing brands.

I am always wanting to learn more and grow as a person. Which suits me working within the Digital Marketing Industry really well. Digital Marketing technology and in particular SEO changes all of the time.

SEO isn’t something that you can action once and forget about. It’s an ongoing process and is always changing and evolving. One of the most important things to understand is that good SEO, takes time.

After working in agencies I took an “in house” role at Furniture World in Cornwall. This was a great opportunity to expand my knowledge of Digital Marketing with another Ecommerce brand. I was fortunate enough to join the team when they weren’t utilising any digital technologies at all. I worked with the family run business for over 7 years. Growing their PPC, Social Media Marketing, E-mail Marketing and of course their SEO.

I am now working as a freelance SEO Consultant. Offering my years of expertise with large household brands and offering services to local businesses. I’ve been so grateful for all of the opportunities that I have had so far. I’ve worked with some amazing agencies national and local, as well as wonderful businesses.
